There are three main growing regions of Mexico:
Chiapas, Veracruz and Oaxaca. Chiapas produces coffees with recognized
regions such as Tapachula or Huixtla. Veracruz produces the Coatepec,
Cordoba, Jalapa and Huatusco. Oaxaca produces the the Pluma coffee. Holland
Coffee offers Strictly High Grown estate coffee from all regions based
on cup characteristics.
