in the coffee industry, many who worked and lived in different coffee
growing regions. We have dedicated ourselves to offering all of our clients
the highest quality coffee available at competitive pricing, personal

Holland Coffee Inc., New York
was established in 1988 by George H. Willekes to service the U.S. market
in Specialty Coffees. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commodity
trade. He and his family lived in Singapore for eight years where he established
a solid foundation of personal contacts and experience in Far Eastern
coffee markets. Under his leadership, Holland Coffee Inc. has established
itself as one of the leading suppliers of coffees from Latin America,
Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Timor, Bali and Flores. These are some of the
very best Natural and Washed Arabicas and are now used extensively in
the Specialty Coffee Industry.

Holland Coffee B.V., Amsterdam
opened
in 1990. Managing Director Robert P. Willekes offers European buyers a direct
link to the complex Indonesian Specialty Coffee markets and to the coffees
from the African as well as South and Central American continents. Bob is
a veteran of the coffee business with more than 25 years of experience.
Bob and his family also lived in the Far East for a number of years. Today
this office is one of the front-runners in the Specialty Coffee Industry
with sales to the European Community and countries ranging from South Africa
to Iceland and from the Middle East to Australia. |

Holland Coffee (California) Inc., San
Francisco was established in early 1993 following the acquisition
of the Coffee Division of Klein Brothers Inc., itself a highly successful
importer of Specialty Coffees. This office has shown remarkable growth
and has achieved important recognition among major U.S. Specialty Coffee
Buyers. It is considered one of the most reliable and respected sources
for Estate Coffees from Brazil, Indonesia, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa
Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
It is now also a leader in the field of Fair Trade, Organic, Shade and
Triple Certified coffee.

Our
"Gayo Mountain" Coffee ® was established during 1997 following the
acquisition of the well known Gayo Mountain Coffee ® factory in Sumatra.
Vertical integration became the next objective of our Group of Companies
and this factory is just the first step in this direction. Since 1997 major
investments were made to upgrade the facility and today it is truly one
of the world's best wet and dry mills. Large volumes of both washed and
unwashed Sumatra Arabicas, both organic and non-organic, are being produced
in the factory in spite of the rather challenging circumstances regarding
the local social and economic unrest. Further expansion is taking place
in land acquisition as well as long-term leases on other processing facilities
in the Aceh highlands. The factory gives us the opportunity to prepare customer
specific qualities in both washed and unwashed Arabicas. |
| Holland Coffee (Midwest) Inc., Madison was established
in 1999 with the intent to add additional service and access to the Midwestern
roasters. This newest USA office stores and sells a full range of coffees
from Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Peter Kettler, who has a vast coffee background
as a roaster and dealer, heads this office and has greatly added to the
expansion of the Group. |

Cafe Del Pacifico: Coffee Plantation
"Las Nubes", Guatemala
This world renowned Guatemala coffee plantation was the second
step in our vertical integration plans. During early 1999 this truly spectacular
plantation became available from which we bought the entire production
since 1994. We have implemented a major four-year rejuvenation plan which
will not only improve the qualities further, but will also increase the
productivity of the entire plantation. A large part of the plantation
will continue to be original Bourbon and Typica coffee trees. Totally
some 2,200 acre plantation, half of the farm with remain original rainforest
as before and the entire plantation will continue to have shaded coffee
trees. The social and economic conditions have been vastly improved during
recent years. The original guesthouse, built in 1875 has been fully renovated
to receive our guests throughout the year.

Holland Coffee de Guatemala S.A.
This office was recently opened with the intent to represent the
Group's interest in Central America. With the ever-increasing number of
bags bought by the Group, this office will be partly responsible for all
purchases, quality control and logistics not only in Guatemala but also
in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras and Panama. |

The
Cutting Edge
In a continuous effort to explore new possibilities
and help educate ourselves and our clients, members of the Holland Coffee
Group travel an average of 25 times annually to origin. In addition, we
have a permanent presence in the Far East and Central America. We follow
crop development, discover new types and estates, and assist in the promotion
of Estate Coffees, Organically Certified, Bio-Friendly and Fair Trade
coffees. Over the years we have worked to promote environmental as well
as social responsibility, while supporting the growers and farmers in
consistently improving the quality of their coffee and their quality of
life. During the last few years, we have actively participated in programs
which benefit the general population in coffee growing regions. In one
such region, East Timor, we have financed the building of health clinics
to ensure the most basic of health care. We encourage our clients to meet
the producers and exporters of what has been referred to as "True Specialty
Coffees", in order to form relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
